WHY WILL THE UIP
SUCCEED?
Because the building will be designed and constructed to be energy efficient, the operation cost will be driven down, which in turn will reduce admission fees and activity fees for the athletes and school districts. Implementation of solar, wind, and geo thermal will be applied to accomplish this energy efficiency. Also, the facility will be run by a management team that is there for the community.
